These terms govern your use of the mcmv.ca website and the sending of an appointment request. By using the site, you accept them.

1. Who We Are

This is the website of MCMV Mécanique, located at 776 boulevard Saint-Jean-Baptiste, Sainte-Martine, Quebec J0S 1V0, reachable at 450 427-2222 and mcmvmecanique@gmail.com. The legal name of the business is M.C.M.V. Mécanique.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By browsing this site or sending us an appointment request, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, we invite you not to use the site and to contact us by phone instead.

3. Purpose of the Website

This is an information website. It presents the shop, its services, its opening hours and its contact details, and lets you send us an appointment request. No sale and no payment takes place online. The site collects no credit card number and no banking information.

4. An Appointment Request Is Not a Confirmation

Submitting the form constitutes a request. It reserves no time slot and creates no obligation on our part until a member of the team has contacted you to confirm the date and time of your visit. We do our best to respond quickly, without being able to guarantee a timeframe. For an urgent situation, please call us at 450 427-2222 instead.

5. Accuracy of Information

We maintain this site carefully, but the information it contains is provided for guidance only and may change without notice. This is particularly true of opening hours, services offered and parts availability.

No prices are shown on this site. Any repair estimate is given at the shop, based on the actual condition of the vehicle, and binds the business only once it has been provided directly to the customer. The availability of a courtesy vehicle is never guaranteed: it is confirmed when the appointment is booked. The rating and review count shown on the site come from the shop’s Google listing and reflect the situation as of the last update.

6. Intellectual Property

The text, photographs and presentation of this site belong to MCMV Mécanique or are used with the permission of their owners. They may not be reproduced without prior written authorization, except for personal, non-commercial use.

The trademarks and logos of the networks and suppliers shown on the site — Uni-Select, Uni-Pro, Stox Distribution, Nexpart — remain the property of their respective owners. They appear here solely to indicate the networks the shop belongs to or partners with.

7. Limitation of Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, MCMV Mécanique cannot be held liable for damages arising from use of the site, from an error or omission in its content, or from a temporary interruption of access to it.

This limitation does not apply to the business’s obligations regarding work actually performed on a vehicle, which are governed by the service contract entered into at the shop and by applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec and Canada. Any dispute falls under the courts of the judicial district of Beauharnois, province of Quebec.

The French version of this site prevails. The English version is offered as a convenience; in case of discrepancy, the French text governs.
