Scheduled maintenance is the simplest way to keep a vehicle dependable. We follow the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule, inspect the usual wear points, and tell you what needs attention now, what can wait, and what is still in good shape.
An oil change is the most common shop visit, and it is also the best opportunity to look over the rest of the vehicle. We use the oil grade specified for your engine, replace the filter, and take the time to check fluid levels, belts, visible leaks and tire condition while the vehicle is on the hoist.
Braking systems wear gradually, often without the driver noticing. We measure pad thickness, rotor condition, caliper operation and fluid quality, then show you the actual measurements before recommending any repair.
Tires are the only contact between your vehicle and the road. We check tread depth, uneven wear and pressure, balance your wheels, and give you straight advice on when a set actually needs replacing, with no sales pressure.
A pothole, a curb, or simply worn suspension components can throw off your wheel geometry. We measure your vehicle’s alignment angles, compare them to the manufacturer’s specifications, and bring them back within spec whenever the components allow it.
Your suspension absorbs road imperfections and keeps the tires in contact with the pavement. On Quebec roads, those parts work hard. We inspect shocks, ball joints, tie rods and mounts, and tell you clearly what is worn and what is still safe.
A trouble code tells us where the system detects a problem, not necessarily which part to replace. We connect the scan tool, analyze live data, and keep testing until we find the actual cause before proposing a repair. You get a clear explanation of what we found.
Exhaust systems face corrosion, road salt and constant vibration. A leaking system is noisy, but it can also let fumes into the cabin. We inspect the full system and replace only the sections that need it whenever that is possible.
Quebec winters are hard on batteries. We load-test the battery, check alternator output and starter condition, and track down the parasitic draws that drain a battery overnight.
A preventive inspection covers the whole vehicle: brakes, tires, suspension, steering, lighting, leaks, belts and underbody. You leave with a clear picture of your vehicle’s condition and a prioritized list: what is urgent, what to keep an eye on, and what is fine.
Twice a year, your vehicle switches seasons. In spring and in fall, we handle the tire changeover and check the items that matter for the season ahead: battery, heating, air conditioning, wipers, lighting and washer fluid.
Road salt attacks the underside of vehicles every winter. Rustproofing applied on a regular basis protects the frame, brake lines and the usual corrosion points. We inspect the underbody before application and point out any areas already affected.
That is perfectly normal. Just describe what you are noticing: a noise, a vibration, a warning light. We will take the time to check it out and explain the situation.
